At Shasta Dental Supply we want to make product returns as simple and efficient as possible. To do this we need your help. Please follow the guidelines below and we will do our best to accommodate your return request.
Return Time & Fees
All product returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Customer is responsible for return shipment.
Returned products are subject to a restocking fee of 10%.
Some products are subject to repackaging and handling fees.
Defective, Damaged & Mis-shipped
Any defective, damaged or mis-shipped products will be replaced at no additional charge to our customers. Please notify us within 10 days of delivery or as soon as possible.
Oops! I Ordered the Wrong Item (Continental U.S. Only. All others please contact us)
Customer may return item(s) themselves or a UPS RS Tag can be sent with correct item(s) for a minimal charge of $9.00 plus a shipping fee for corrected items less then $250.00. Please give your UPS driver the returned package with the UPS RS Tag attached the following business day or next office visit.

Continental U.S. Dental Ofiices
Shasta Dental Supply ships via UPS Ground FREE of charge in the continental U.S. for orders over $250.00. There is a $9.00 shipping charge for orders under $250.00.
All orders over 20lbs or 20lbs dimensional weight or multiple packages are subject to an additional freight charge of $9.00 or more that are heavy with disposable items. A sales rep will contact you if freight charges are substantial.
UPS Next Day Air, Next Day Air A.M., Second Day Air, Second Day Air A.M. and 3 Day Select will be charged the current UPS rates. During the checkout process a selection of services will be offered. See UPS Map below for UPS Ground Time-in-Transit.
Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories Dental Offices
To provide the best shipping value, Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Shipping fees will be charged the current USPS rates based on weight or package type. Please allow 3-5 working days. During the checkout process a selection of services will be offered including UPS rates.
Canada and all International Dental Offices
International orders will be shipped UPS. Rates are based on weight and location. During the checkout process a selection of services will be offered. Besides UPS Standard all rates include pickup and door-to-door delivery with in house customs clearance. Additional Taxes and Duties may apply to all services and are collected during delivery.
Hazardous Materials will be shipped UPS Ground with an additional charge.
Most orders are shipped the same day ordered to provide efficient service.
Claims for shortages and discrepancies must be made within 10 days of delivery.
In the event of a late package or a problem we have accurate records allowing us to solve the problem quickly.
